Installing golf cart tires are not for the faint of heart. It’s a long process that requires plenty of time, patience and elbow grease.
The steps to installing these tires are as follows: First you have to remove the old tire from the wheel by releasing the pressure in it using your air compressor or jack. Then you can remove any remaining pieces of rubber still sticking to the rim with your fingers or a putty knife. Next, clean off any dirt on both sides of the rim with brake cleaner spray until it is shiny and free from debris. Lastly, install new tire onto wheel so it is completely seated over each side of hubcap without pinching wires inside spokes (if applicable) then inflate to desired PSI before

1. Get the right tire for your golf cart
2. Determine whether you need to remove or replace the wheel
3. If you are replacing, remove the old tire and make sure there is enough room inside of it before installing new one
4. Install new tire by following instructions in manual; if no instructions, follow these steps- loosen bolts on both sides of wheel with a wrench, then jack up vehicle so that weight is off tires
5a. Remove all lug nuts from rear axle (you may need an impact wrench)
6a. Put flat head screwdriver between rim and hubcap to release tension on lugs- pull back while turning counterclockwise until they come loose from hubcap
7a .Install new lug nuts onto rear axle using a socket wrench with extension bar and torque them to specifications found in your manual or online at manufacturer’s website
8a .Lower car down so that weight is once again distributed evenly over four tires and tighten lug nuts with a torque wrench set to specification found in your manual or online at manufacturer’s website
9a .Check front tires for lugs/nuts as well 10b. Lower car down so that weight is once again distributed evenly over
